Yes, you can — you just need to make sure that each format has a unique ISBN (as they should), and don’t enroll in the Amazon KDP Select program.
However, I would seriously consider using KDP’s new hardcover option. This will greatly simplify things, get you better royalties, and avoid having to manage two accounts. This would also allow you to opt into the KDP Select program for the benefits it offers.
Note that KDP only offers casebound hardcovers — this is where you get the full-color printing on the boards and spine of the cover, *without* a dust jacket. (Think of a typical school textbook.) If you want a dust jacket, then you’d need to go to Lulu or elsewhere.
KDP still does not offer spiral binding.
